Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

We are using it in Human Resources and Learning & Development to clarify policies and processes within the company and plan training scenarios in a visual way. It has been very helpful and easy to use so far, and I plan on recommending it on a company level.

  • Offline work.
  • Color gestation.
  • Increased productivity.
  • Better information transmission within the company.
  • Confusion about using yet another platform for our older staff.
I find it perfect and easy to use! Some of my older colleagues can be confused at times, but this is not something that I would worry about, as it is easy to fix. Some features could be made more obvious, such as the table of contents, which is my favorite feature.
I haven't tried the Slack integration yet, but I am very curious about it. It might make more sense on a company scale? I love the Google Drive and Lucidchart integrations. They are smooth, [...] easy to use, and overall very helpful, as I use both of them very frequently in my line of work.
I have tried a few other virtual whiteboards, but I found Lucidspark to be the most reliable, even with slow internet. I guess the real-time feature could be smoother and faster, but that might be due to my internet connection. Overall, our use of the platform has been more than satisfactory.
I have never needed it so far, so it's hard for me to tell.

I have used Lucidspark for some time now, as I needed [...] easy flow chart software. Lucidspark was one of the most accessible and prettiest on the market. I loved the way everything was treated, and it helped me organize my training scenarios in great ways. I absolutely would recommend it to my colleagues and friends.
Lucidspark doesn't seem well suited for long texts. I wish we could easily implement our visual identity and, more specifically, its colors for everyone within the company to use without having to add them themselves. It works wonders on graphs, timelines, and detailed processes. It is making our work more visual and readable.
