Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

It visualizes structures and processes in an easy-to-understand way. Everybody has access and thus can easily set out concepts and share it with different people within the organization. It should promote collaboration and communication between multidisciplinary and multicultural teams within the organization. It is also often used in presentations and meetings to convey ideas.

It is a very versatile tool with many possibilities, but it can also be overwhelming for new team members. I recommend offering the bare minimal and fast-paced tools to beginners and offering more features over time. I already have experience with draw.io, and because of that, it was easier for me to get adapted to Lucidspark.
The many programs such as Google Drive, Slack, and Lucidchart scatter a lot of the organization's documentation over many different documentation tools. In the end, we want one central place in which we can access all the information, which is why it is useful to have the possibility to link all the documentation between the programs.
Since a lot of the employees are working from home, it helps to simulate the tools we would normally have in the office at home. It is difficult to provide everyone at home with a whiteboard, and then still everything would show up mirrored. A virtual whiteboard comes in handy as it reduces the disruption that is an effect of working from home.
I haven't used the support for Lucidspark so I can't really comment on that.

It has a wider feature set with a lot more possibilities but may also come across as overwhelming for new employees. It does, however, have a very sleek design compared to draw.io.
A powerful tool for organizations that work with many different employees. It is good for experienced developers to visualize their ideas and convey their intentions to team members. It could improve because it is a very extensive tool, but its many capabilities can also be overwhelming for new members joining a team.
