Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

Brilliant piece of software that has enabled the company to visualise our corporate structure, people structure, and processes in a clear and precise way. The software is easy to use and has been implemented in a number of areas of the business.

Pros

  • Great templates.
  • Easy to navigate.
  • Easy to manipulate.

Cons

  • Organisation structure needs more flexibility.
  • Need to be able to add different tiers to the organisation structures.
  • Automatic page sizing for the level of chart built.
  • Easy to show process change.
  • Helped with our corporate restructuring.
  • Project mapping for key KPIS.
Some of the template structures are easy to use however others are difficult to navigate and would be difficult to pick up and get started with.
Have only integrated with Lucidspark so far.
Quality and very reliable. Have allowed us to save significant time and effort throughout the business.
