Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

Lucidspark is a great online whiteboard tool for a team to brainstorm ideas and flows for businesses and processes. The many different elements present there to provide great flexibility to manage our collaboration and explore the details side of all requirements. Among many features is the freehand drawing, which allows us to seamlessly work and move around the canvas. Sticky notes, timer are some of the other great features. In Cloudwerx, we are using Lucidspark for all our projects and streams. We can define our processes, project planning, and analysis with so much ease with this tool.
  • Streamlining the flow with so many features available like timer, voting, chat, and more.
  • Increase in team collaboration as it's online and works asynchronously.
  • It is useful to all organization sizes, small or huge.
  • It drives in converting the ideas to reality.
  • Number of elements used for trial can be increased.
  • Document attachment can be a new feature, though it's not very necessary it's nice to have that option.
  • Until now this software has been very useful to me, and I'm unable to find any more cons. Maybe in the future.
  • Definitely time-saving since once a process/flow is finalized, it can be shared with others to follow.
  • Due to time being saved, it has definitely increased productivity for our projects with our clients.
  • Since it's easy to use, not much training is required by others to follow and utilize the tool as a whole team.
My team and I find no reason not to use this tool. It has been a great help to us to define and increase our understanding of our processes. It has improved our productivity.
Since Lucidspark is used daily, its integration with Slack and Lucidchart has helped us greatly in keeping everything in sync with each other and collaborating more through those channels as well.
Using Lucidspark has increased our productivity as a whole since any update on the whiteboard shared is on the go to be available to all collaborators to see and use. So the 'on the go' changes availability has helped our team be available in real-time for any inputs.
I like this application and would recommend everyone to give it a try and see how it goes for you.

This is the first product I have used of this type.

My team and I work on Lucidspark to create flow or define a process like how we want to start an opportunity and go through it to closed-won. And since it is cloud-based, any member of my team with access can start the creation of the process, and any other team member can update the board anytime with the next step. Different elements allow having more details to visualize the whole business scenario like a sales process where you start from lead till the completion of the project. Also, to define a process for PSA automation tool/scenario.
