Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

It's made retrospectives much more interactive and effective. Everyone enjoys the visuals and the ability to contribute and see their views & inputs directly onto the screen. It's been a refreshing change in the world of remote working!
  • Visualising ideas.
  • Structuring thoughts.
  • UI can feel a bit slow sometimes (only when adding items).
  • Zooming with scrolling is difficult & distracting if you are presenting your screen (I am not sure whether it's not calibrated for screen size).
  • We only use Lucidspark for retros so we haven't been able to tie it to any measurable KPIs.
The whole screen can be used which means that it's mostly your creativity that's the limitation. Key problems remain around the relative tardiness in creating new text boxes as well as the zoom functionality, though they aren't deal-breakers.
We are not on either Slack or G Suite so cannot comment. Apologies!
Has made it so much more enjoyable! As long as there is content to discuss, Lucidspark has always facilitated that process very effectively. Not to mention the GIFs!
Haven't had to make any support tickets, the system is intuitive.

Do you think Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite's feature set?

Yes

Did Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite again?

Yes

The free suite provided by Lucidspark is so much more comprehensive. Lucidspark looks better, has a wider range of functionalities and you can manage access by boards rather than being completely locked out once you reach the limit of users.
Team activities that require input from multiple members, however, version control is difficult so might not be best for upward reporting to the senior/executive office.
