Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

Design Thinking & Collaborative sessions to bring together teamwork, centralized visions, and goals. We want to incorporate the Product team to use this tool since we already use Lucidchart. This way, we can use the same tool to obtain the user journey's perspective, define user personas, pain points, and problem-solving for the products the company offers.

The usability can improve when dragging and dropping items. The double-clicking and then switching to move things take several clicks/steps to follow. Usually requires small training to learn the basics of the usage of the tool. The smoother and easier the experience the better for the end-user.
We currently use: Slack Google Drive Lucidchart Lucidspark. Having the ability to integrate all of those tools is a plus as it makes things more convenient and cost-effective. And it really does facilitate the collaboration so it also saves us time since the other tools are integrated it's helpful.
Overall the performance is great, as long as you have a good network. There are many things that can be done with this tool and the features currently available are pretty great. The impact has been very positive because not only am I learning new skills from a collaborative tool but also sharing my experiences and empowering others to use it.
I have not used the support department from Lucidspark nor have I used it for Lucidchart. This means I have not had the need to use it and I have never encountered an issue with the tools which are great because it speaks volumes of the quality of their implementation.

Lucidspark has an advantage when it comes to: Templates varieties Colors & drawings. Communications while collaborating Integrations with other tools such as Slack and G-suite. Sharing & Permissions capabilities and options. Mobile app and browser app disposition. Comfortable usage is more lean Import and export have more available features. A lot nicer to collaborate.
Atlassian JIRA Align (formerly AgileCraft), Atlassian Confluence, Slack
Collaboration: Great for the brainstorming sessions I usually run and for the future ones to come. Design thinking: I like to run several sessions around the design thinking framework and Lucidspark has been pretty helpful. The company already has a license so it is cost-effective and convenient for tool management.
