Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

Our department is the only one using Lucidspark right now, but I believe this will change soon as it is quickly making evangelists out of all of us. We regularly have to organize our processes into flows and prioritize them accordingly. This system has aided our efforts especially in transitioning to a partially remote workforce.

Pros

  • Allows for collaboration across the team.
  • Provides a creative space for brainstorming.
  • Gives our processes meat and bones.

Cons

  • Being able to share portions of any whiteboard.
  • Giving access to others could be easier.
  • Export functions could be better integrated with standard programs.
  • Our meetings are 5 times more effective when employees are remote.
I like the views offered in this product more than others. It feels like we have a blank wall to write all over and organize all of our ideas in a fluid way.
The integration with Lucidchart has allowed our stakeholders to participate in our brainstorming sessions and has helped us to translate our standard operating procedures into understandable workflows.
The real-time collaboration that Lucidspark provides has been priceless as we have transitioned to a partially-remote workforce. It is a reliable workspace for our teams.
We have not had to use support very often.

Microsoft Teams, Azure DevOps Server (formerly Team Foundation Server), Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
We are already recommending this product throughout our company whenever we come across somebody who hasn't heard of it yet. The ease of use and general UI are enough to allow collaboration even with our newly configured and partially remote workforce. Lucidspark has everything we would ask for on a whiteboard and has become our new department War Room.
