Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

It is being used to collaborate with other Team members across the whole organization to be able to work on a single project in their own timezone. It makes the changes real-time and addresses delays in sending the project via email for review and updates as our organization is global. It allows each participant to view the changes and discuss other comments without having to wait for the attachments in emails.

As an out-of-the-box product, it is so easy to use even without any necessary training. The way it was built was focused on busy users who do not have time to do training before using a product. The out-of-the-box product itself already has the functionalities required to accomplish the needed outcome.
Honestly, I have not had the chance yet to explore this integration. But, since my organization used Slack and Google Drive heavily, this integration will make my workflow even more productive. There are parts of a project that needs the use of Slack and Google Drive, and having all these products integrated is definitely a big plus.
Being able to illustrate a workflow - a picture speaks a thousand words - will make it easier when working with other resources/teams in real-time. Ideas and proposed changes are easy to be understood, discussed, and agreed upon without delay.
Since the product is easy to use, there has not been any requirement for Support. But should it be required, the engagement of Support is a simple process.

I was not part of the selection and purchase of this Product. I am simply a user, and the products we are allowed to use are dictated by our IT team.
It works very well when collaborating on a project that involves some charts and flow diagrams. I have not really used it for general meeting discussions which only used Docs, where Google Docs does the purpose. Maybe Lucidspark also does the same thing but I have not used it for that purpose.
