Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

I personally use LucidSpark while working from home to collaborate with others on my team. We use it to share ideas and information. I love the whiteboard and breakout board. It's easy to use and there is a free version. There are templates as well and it's easy and intuitive to use.

  • Time saver.
  • Decreases time needed with each customer which saves money.
  • Effective visuals.
Buckets and snapping to grid took time to master and set confusing at first.
The Google Presentations plugin is quite beneficial. It takes the whiteboard view and shares it with others that are not part of the Lucidspark group.
The quality is very good except for the ability to have audio chats in the app itself. The app is reliable with no crashes. Best in real-time.

While working from home LucidSpark is an easy way to share ideas and information in real-time. It's best for sharing information in a quick fun way between colleagues. It's great for those who work better visually and the story-making tool provides a great visual. Ice breaker games are also an option for remote users.
