Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

With the move to remote working at my company, we have struggled to find ways to [collaborate] brainstorm during meetings. I decided to try Lucidspark due to my prior experiences with Lucidchart, which I have used on various occasions when a fully designed graphic was not necessary. I demoed it with my team as part of a brainstorming session for evaluation questions as part of a proposal RFP response. I am not sure if anyone else is using it in my organization at this time. I like all of the template options that could also be modified for specific brainstorming and project planning sessions with clients as well.
  • Template for various collaboration needs (i.e., planning, brainstorming, flow charts)
  • Wireframe shapes and tools are easy to access
  • Interactive post-it features like tagging, emojis, comments and hyperlinks
  • Some of the features are not super intuitive
  • Wish there was a simple view option to not confuse clients who are new to the program
  • Wish there was a way to swap between the pan and hand options via my mouse buttons
  • Meeting effectiveness
  • Collaboration improvements while remote working
  • Knowledge management - online record of planning, brainstorming
I think for most individuals it is relatively intuitive but perhaps not for older individuals who struggle with new technologies. Wish there was a [easier-to-find] help bar for the different tools and resources available. I also do not like that you have to submit a credit card in order to try out the pro options, seems like a barrier for most individuals.
I have not tried this with Slack or Google Drive. I will demo the integration with Lucidchart.
Overall I think it's a good tool. The lack of a quick undo button is a bit frustrating especially when you need a full account to use the revision history feature.

I liked how the interface is similar.
Would recommend to colleagues looking for interactive ways to brainstorm, plan with clients and colleagues, [create] graphic mock-ups, creating figures/tables for review and feedback. Not sure [about] its ability for more client-facing work. May be best with internal company applications.
