Lucidspark is used primarily as a tool to aid in decision-making within a department.

- real time use with multiple people
- has multiple functions text and drawing aids
- does not save externally, i.e. to PDF
- has some difficulty with others joining
- no feature to incorporate into other programs like MS Word
- improved virtual engagement
- improved dialogue among participants
- improved clarity
we haven't discovered this integration as of yet and have not [been] able to determine any value it has on our organization
overall it has been good, slowly incorporating into daily activities
