Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

We use Lucidspark to create flow charts and represent information in a visual style that is easy to understand. We also use it for large group brainstorming activities where multiple people are editing the same chart at once simultaneously. It is great to see other people editing the same chart at once in a live fashion.

It is an easy-to-use product that can be picked up with minimal expertise, prior knowledge in some areas, or technical experience creating visual charts or representing information in a visual manner. The user interface is very easy to navigate and there are plenty of tutorials and help functions embedded.
I love the integration of these other platforms, such as Google Drive and Slack, because they make it easy to work with your existing platforms. I use these other platforms often, so this perfect integration allows me to save time and work more efficiently while continuing to use my favorite platforms.
It is such a high-quality whiteboard for creating visual representations of information. The reliability is great because I always know that it will perform well and not have any glitches or unwanted interruptions to my workflow. This reliability is what I look for in the products I prefer to use.
The support for the product is always there, although I have not had to use it much, since it always works seamlessly.

Lucidspark works just as well as Google Drive and I love that the interface is similar enough that I don't have to learn a whole new skill set. I would recommend Lucidspark to anyone who is a familiar user of those products, like Google Drive or other similar domains of products.
It is well suited for scenarios when multiple people need to edit the same chart once, and there is a visual component necessary for the completion of such a project. It is not well suited for creating a large word document with no visual components or when simply one user is editing a document.
