Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

We piloted this feature for quick whiteboarding of solutions in zoom meetings which it does pretty well.
  • Quick and easy to convey ideas
  • Foster Collaboration
  • Create a live account map
  • Unauthorized/Anon users not so easy to jump in
  • Integration with SalesNav/SFDC could be better
  • More templatization / standard icons
  • Created visibility and alignment on strategic accounts with a live account map
  • Created critical designs live during meetings
It's pretty easy but could be a bit more intuitive and easy to collaborate and share ideas.
Didn't use this feature
Worked pretty well and quickly but sometimes didn't load/authenticate or was too slow which would cause abandonment.
Very supportive and responsive team, but doesn't always have the answers/solutions required.

It's great for technical designs and flowcharts that are simple and need to be built on the fly.
