Lucidya has been used by my organization to make deep research and analysis for our clients. We used it to know the feedback of the customers of our clients in order to make good marketing and communication strategies. It was useful to divide the content into positive, negative and neutral. However, The main problem that Lucidya have is that they don't analyze the content itself to know what exactly the customers are saying about our clients.
