Overall Satisfaction with Lusha Extension

Our company administrator may have set up the platform, but as far as users are concerned, it was easy to log in to Lusha through our company email IDs. It is hassle-free, easy to understand, and a very user-friendly tool for me. It could vary from person to person and their tech-savviness to determine the difficulty or ease of use though :)
I use Lusha for Sales research. In Sales, prospect information is everything. To approach prospects and make our case, their contact detail is the first requirement. Lusha serves that purpose for our sales research team and BDRs/SDRs. The best thing is that the Lusha extension pops up as soon as a supported site is opened. In my case, Sales Navigator or basic Linkedin pages of prospects are enough for the extension to process info!
  • Identify prospect from Linkedin/Sales Navigator pages
  • Show email ID and phone numbers of the prospect
  • Reflect the correct/complete name of the prospect
  • Suggest contacts from similar profiles
  • Copy/edit option available for better user friendliness
  • It shows relevant information of the prospect's company as well
  • There should be separate credits for email & numbers so we can spend credits only for the details that we need.
  • Option to show details/emails of the prospect for all the companies that they are currently employed with!
  • Export links to transfer a prospect's detail to excel in a click!
  • It helps reach out to ideal companies through prospect data
  • Boosts prospecting game of SDRs and BDRs
  • Definitely helps close deals as the details kick start the Sales process!
Lusha provides data on all Linkedin profiles, ranging from CXOs to individual contributors from across the globe. Except for a few profiles that are new to business space or LinkedIn, details of almost all prospects pop on Lusha extension.
I use both Lusha and LeadIQ and I believe that both the tools miss some features that are found in the other. Either way, both are great tools to work for Sales research and take the prospecting game to another notch!

If you're looking for a research tool to fetch prospect-related information, Lusha is a great tool! Like any other tool, there could be some things that may not match up with what you're looking for, but it surely provides prospect details such as emails & contact numbers in a click! On opening the Linkedin or Sales Navigator profile, Lusha Extension pops up with the relevant prospect profile details and related information like company details, suggestions based on similar profiles, edit option, copy option, and more!
