We use this for Enterprise Content Management.

  • Overall cost is more but the system consistency and stability makes it a great choice.

Fully customized integration with API configuration and searches. This was a bit of work starting out but the support staff was great in getting us what we need.
Configuration of general access vs Libraries and silos of data makes this such an easier application to use. Especially when it comes to workflows and security and then support of that configuration.
The system has been great for consistent user interaction. Only down side on the user side is the multiple vault configuration specifically with searches. This is probably more of a training issue but users really have confusion knowing to go to other vaults when searching archive items.
