Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp
We are using Mailchimp as our preferred tool for sales and marketing efforts. We currently love the automation process that you can achieve with its easy-to-use interface. We have made several emails to target our franchise leads so they can receive several emails throughout their life-cycle as leads.
Mailchimp also helps us to make on-the-fly emails with its easy-to-use template interface.
You can connect Mailchimp easily with Zapier or Integromat to automate your sales life cycle a little bit more .
Pretty cool application....we definitely recommend it.

MailPoet is a WordPress plugin that can help you send emails to a WordPress-generated list. Its strengths are the ability to create easy contact registration forms on your WordPress pages, but it lacks a lot of features, like easy-to-design emails or contact/list management. Its free version has pretty limited functionality. Mailchimp is by far more powerful than MailPoet.
At this point, I don't think we had benefited so much for such integration since we mostly use Mailchimp as a platform for sending multiple mails, manually or automatically....but this is not an issue since Mailchimp I think is an awesome tool that can be pretty useful for many businesses
Our company has benefited from Mailchimp pretty much in order to automate our initial contact with our clients.
Our leads generation systems automatically insert new prospects into Mailchimp and Mailchimp takes it from there and manages automatically the contact points that we had stablish. All this gives us the power to keep in touch with our prospects in a pretty simple and automated way without having to worry and remember to send followups emails ourselves.

Usability is key for our organization since we lack the services of an in-house designer that could help us out to create all the emails that we need. By using Mailchimp we have been able to design our own mails and send them as regularly as we need it to. This is why we think Mailchimp is pretty useful for our company since more than 10 years ago
At this point I think we would not change anything from our decision making process.
Decision has been working just fine and services have been evolving throughout the years that we have been using it.
Now we have a stronger application that we can rely on, so we are happy and continue to use it.

Yes - I only use the mobile interface for the followup of the sent campaigns.
I think it is very simple and straightforward to use and provide the information need it for the followup.
I really like the function to resend the campaign to the non-openers from the mobile app, this gives you the ability to followup on the go, nice.
