Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp

Initially, in our organization we used Mailchimp to be able to control and monitor the communication by e-mail with our clients, the Marketing area was able to handle the campaigns more efficiently and have the reception analytics and the receptivity of the clients. With time and the use of its new benefits in monitoring and communication, the retention levels of our clients [have] increased, it is a good return on investment.

The features provided by Mailchimp were decisive in making the decision, for marketing purposes the reporting and analytics features added greater value in conjunction with the support tools. The other options are good players for automating emails and email address tracking, but Mailchimp's approach was more suited to our needs.
Being able to make efficient use of the tool requires diving into the documentation and support guides, trial and error to fine-tune all the benefits and features of Mailchimp. The synchronization of social networks and CRM is more intuitive and you can take advantage of a lot in conjunction with analytics and reporting.
The greatest benefit and one of the first appreciations when using the tool is the positive retention and follow-up of our clients. The levels of permanence with our clients [have] been maintained and increased only with the fact of having a constant flow of communication, informative towards them, which did not go by long and we could attend to the new needs and projects with our clients and be able to address them on time.
One of the important lessons that the use of Mailchimp has taught us is to always maintain a constant and automated flow of communication with our clients, partners, prospects even the same staff, to be able to read the receptivity of our campaigns, they always have to have you on the radar to be able to go when required.
A very solid feature is the functionality of registration forms, reports, and analysis, it turns something extremely boring into more digestible and managerial information. Something that still requires improvements [in] the handling of blacklists, antispam mechanisms so that the delivery of emails is assured.
