Mailchimp is a core part of our entire digital marketing strategy, most especially in the area of email marketing. Thanks to our use of Mailchimp, we stay continuously in touch with our customers at intervals, be it weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or as the case demands, without incurring huge financial costs.

The mobile application lacks the most important features and functions. This makes it difficult to find a major use for the mobile app.

Return on Investment

We have improved sales prospect to customer conversion, via emails. This is majorly thanks to Mailchimp.
Mailchimp provides access to analytical information about who is interacting with our marketing content, how they interact with them, their location, duration of interaction, etc.

Usability

I find it intuitive to use, from the first day of access, which was over three years ago. I should be giving Mailchimp a ten, but because it has a mobile application that I have not been able to achieve much with, I lowered the rating.

Of course, Mailchimp is well suited for pushing emails into the inboxes of our target audiences. Asides from this though, Mailchimp is the ideal tool for organizations looking to take advantage of analytics and make email marketing campaigns more effective.
In the case of my company, we have benefitted hugely from Mailchimp's behavioral targeting and predictive features, which have simply allowed us to know more about our customers and target audiences beyond their email ID.
