Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp

Mailchimp simply powers everything around sending mass emails within my organization. We use it for weekly newsletters, transactional emails, promotional emails, etc
It has proven to be easy to get accustomed to, it is effective in aspects such as marketing automation, segmentation, integration with third-party marketing applications, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
We have often relied on Mailchimps's vast integration with third-party software products to improve the rate of user subscription to our newsletters, synchronize email subscribers across multiple platforms and convert leads to purchasing customers.
  • Vast integration with third party software tools.
  • Target audience engagement and management.
  • Behavioral based email targeting.
  • Data metrics provided around our marketing campaigns, can be more detailed.
  • Improved user engagement.
  • Improved click-through rates for our newsletters.
  • Integration with third party marketing programs.
In this aspect, I give Mailchimp a ten and this has to do primarily with my experience as a new user like three years ago. I was basically able to pick up Mailchimp within a few days. Interestingly, it’s been the same experience for most new employees in my department, as most of them have had little struggles getting to understand the basic functionalities and working around Mailchimp.
Of course, my organization has benefitted from having access to multiple marketing features, within the Mailchimp platform. By combining the array of functionalities that Mailchimp makes available to us, we have been able to develop a dynamic marketing strategy around marketing emails, that has consistently led to increased targeted user engagement and eventually increased sales numbers.
Beyond the obvious bells and whistles, Mailchimp also provides educational resources, which we often make our new marketing employees go through, as it gives them a better grasp of vital email marketing attributes such as segmentation, tags, and generally better customer engagement practices.
Mailchimp has simply helped to continuously meet the major parts of our sales targets, as far as the email marketing aspect of our overall marketing strategy, is concerned. By using Mailchimp has enabled me to better value the enormous benefits of efficient customer segmentation.

Mailchimp will be my recommended tool for email marketing uses due to how easy it is to use both for first-time users and old users. I especially love its segmentation prowess as well and I think it is one of the most important parts of Mailchimp. This is primarily because Mailchimp segmentation has enabled us better decipher the right marketing content to send to specific targets, thus resulting in better click-through rates for our campaigns.
Another strong aspect of Mailchimp is obviously integration. By integrating Mailchimp with tools like Livechat, Firebase, etc, we have been able to navigate some of LiveChat's limitations when comes to campaign analytics.
