Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We utilize Mailchimp for a variety of purposes around email marketing. Primarily for engaging with customers and sales targets via durational newsletters, one-time marketing emails, and for marketing automation purposes.
It has greatly enabled my organization to take full advantage of the huge and cheap marketing potentials which email marketing provides.

Usability

I find Mailchimp very usable. Both in terms of ease of access and the level of user interface intuitiveness. The only aspect of Mailchimp I struggle with in terms of usability is its mobile application use. [...] The mobile application does well for viewing campaign-generated statistical data; it virtually offers nothing major in terms of editing email templates or even launching email campaigns.

For all email marketing activity around target audience segmentation, marketing automation, and the ability to deliver emails [to] the inbox of targeted recipients, Mailchimp is the ideal tool. It is limited when it comes to providing concise analytical data around our email marketing campaigns. We have navigated this hurdle fairly well by integrating with third-party marketing programs.

Mailchimp is the right choice for us.
