Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Mailchimp makes mass email communication and engagement with our customers an organized process. It is used in my department (marketing) for customer segmentation, for targeted email campaigns, and predictive marketing action based on past traits of a target audience. Thanks to our use of Mailchimp, email marketing is more of a scientific process within my organization, backed by real time analytics, thereby making our email campaigns very effective.

Customized customer journeys - Mailchimp has allowed us to measure the average experiences of our customers and customize a workflow , which ensures continuous engagement with our customers until they make a purchase.

Usability

Usability-wise, my Mailchimp experience has been a smooth one on my computer browser, except for what is obtainable on the mobile application. I struggle with basics on the application such as navigation, and the campaign templates on mobile are limiting. For example, there is no way to edit a template on the mobile application and get a test view of how it appears on web browser. Thus, I have often majorly relied solely on accessing Mailchimp on computer.

Personally for me, I think Mailchimp ticks all of my boxes when it comes to various aspects of our day on day email marketing workflow . Mailchimp is well suited for sending mass emails, measuring the level of engagement via analytical insights, and for other key features of a well oiled email marketing process such as user segmentation, campaign tracking and of course Alpha beta testing of campaigns.

We are converting prospects to customers faster, because of Mailchimp.
