Great customer engagement tool

Reaching out to more and more customers and users was a constant challenge for us and luckily with the introduction of Mailchimp, we were able to achieve that. We primarily use Mailchimp to send out emails and other offer-related campaigns and newsletters to all our users and customers. This has helped us achieve a lot of customer traction.

Definitely, our organization has benefited greatly by integrating Mailchimp with several other online marketing functions. Uploading all of our customer contacts into Mailchimp is pretty easy and straightforward and consumes less amount of time and effort. Also, with the great analytics, it is easy to understand our customers better and give them exactly what they require.

The major success that we have had with Mailchimp is the reduction in customer churn that we have achieved. Through the constant engagement that we have had with our users, we were able to understand them better and reduce their overall churn rate. Also, we were able to upsell more of our products thereby improving our revenue.
