Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp
In my organization, we use Mailchimp to send out weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates about our account and the state of our clients' work. By using Mailchimp, we are able to address the need for updating the entire 900+ person account about the scope of our work and any pressing updates.
- Mailchimp has a easy to use user interface
- Mail can be sent to many users
- The free version has all needed capabilities
- It would be helpful if there were more design features on Mailchimp
- I would like to be able to have multiple users on an account at one time
- It would be helpful to receive updates about new functionality
- Has allowed us to deliver 20+ newsletters
- Has allowed us to create 5+ contact lists
- Has allowed distribution of information to 200+ employees
Mailchimp has much more capabilities for creating and designing newsletters, tracking analytics of the newsletters, creating distribution lists and more than does Shared Contacts for Gmail. This allows Mailchimp to be a much more useful tool for account wide distribution of information. Overall, Mailchimp allows much more ease of use than does Shared Contacts for Gmail.
The successes that I have had with Mailchimp stem from its ability to create and send newsletters out to many recipients. I've learned that this functionality is extremely beneficial to my organization as it allows many people to be able to receive important information in a very simple and digestible fashion.
