Overall Satisfaction with ManageEngine ADAudit Plus

We use it to audit the system (changes) and the techs who are in charge of doing accounts, moving accounts, creating computers. etc.
Gives us a deeper dive into the stuff that happens in AD w/out us realizing. We utilize this tool a lot!

Yes, absolutely.
I can expedite certain tasks much quicker without having to jump from server to server. User to user.
All products have their niche.
What stood out for us - 1) we use other products from manageengine. Made sense to keep it to one pane of glass, so to speak.
2) price. at the price point we got a lot for our buck. 3) features. It does exactly what we needed.
Online, which is great but sometimes things get loss in chat and having a number to talk to a person is very helpful.

Well suited in any Active Directory environment. It helps us in a bunch of different ways but most notably the actual auditing of our environment. It hits the WHO? When? Where? for us. Who made the change, when they made the change and of course where they made the change. Being able to go back over a year is also very helpful.

If you're not in an AD environment, the software is obviously not helpful but if you are...don't miss out. Implementation is a breeze, the software works great. Support is consistent. Not the best, but definitely not the worst.

5 - IT admins and Help desk staff utilize the software to manage AD (Active Directory) and verify tasks are being done accordingly. This also gives us insight into the environment on who and what changes are being made/done.

Most important is the AD (active directory) knowledge. To know what you're looking at and what you're looking for.

From install to use, the steps are a breeze. We didn't run into any hiccups and any issues I had were essentially answered quickly with support.
If I had to do it again, I would install, use, implement sooner rather than later. The visibility it brought into our environment has been so helpful. The price point was much lower than the other alternatives we were looking at.

Key things for me were: Install & implementation (easy) and support, which is always very helpful. And I say this while we use multiple products from them.

No. Usually the issues/questions are on a smaller scale, so they can wait until the next business day to be resolved. Or the issues pop up during business hours.
We were looking to integrate with AZURE and it wasn't working properly. Support followed up each time and consistently made sure it was running properly. This was until I was comfortable with closing the ticket.
