Overall Satisfaction with Marketo

We use Marketo to support our digital marketing efforts to customers, prospects and stakeholders. Marketo has been very helpful in managing our lead database, from the lead gen stage through nurturing and ultimately to our sales funnel. We deploy all email communications via Marketo, and manage events through the system.
  • Support- The Marketo Community has a vast array of experts and documentation to help with any business case challenges that arise.
  • Integration- Seamless integration with most CRM systems, including Salesforce.
  • Functionality- Intuitive and logical user interface and functionality.
  • I'd like to understand better the process of how an idea for new features/functionality gets through the pipeline. What does it take to make something a priority?
