Overall Satisfaction with Marketo

Currently, Marketo is highly used as our ESP, with dynamic content value. We use landing pages and forms for lead acquisition in specific scenarios where our existing website doesn't accomplish what we are looking to do.
  • Marketo Support is everything for us. From the Account Management, to the Support team, to even Product and Engineering, the Marketo team has worked hard to ensure we are successful with the tool and our business.
  • Campaign Canvas
  • Marketo "Nurture" is really just a glorified drip. You need to really be able to determine next steps for a prospect based on their behavior over time and not just a snapshot look.
  • Better communication with customers and prospects based on dynamic content
  • Eloqua
Marketo is better at usability, but lacks in some functionality.
Marketo is well suited when you are implementing it as a first time marketing automation tool. It is less suited when you want to have very granular permission sets.
