Overall Satisfaction with Marketo
We use Marketo to reach both current and potential future customers. We send emails related to specific campaigns, special promotions, and events. It allows us to connect with customers on the marketing front and gauge their interest in the topics we cover. It is only used for marketing purposes and not for any transactional emails, which are managed by accounting.

- Images can be easily incorporated
- Cloning is simple
- Difficult to piece together templates; initial templates are very limiting
- Too cumbersome to send an email to the same group as a previous email
- Not very user friendly when it comes to adding images to the database
