We have a global self service model with over 300 users. Marketo has enabled us to show ROI and marketing influence on deals for the first time in our company's history. Marketing is no longer viewed as a cost center. It is now a contributor to the bottom line.

Marketo Implementation

With Marketo implementation support, our "Super Users" were trained and the product was implemented in four months from the day we signed the contracts. This was an amazing feat for us. It went smoothly and with great speed.

Yes - We have reported several bugs. All were handled in a timely fashion and we never had to ask for status updates.
We reported a bug in the iPad event check-in app. It was immediately escalated and resolved in a very short time.
