Overall Satisfaction with Marketo

We are using Marketo across our entire organization. It helps us go deeper with our current contacts, and increase reach as we add contacts and draw people in with inbound marketing tactics that Marketo can track. It allows us to talk to the right contact at the right time with the right offer.

We have achieved these outcomes, but there is always room to grow with all of them.
Pardot is great but has limits. I feel like you can go further with Marketo and really customize your campaigns. Pardot is much more user friendly though.
Great for large B2B organizations with different goals that need to be met.

Support is ok. There is room for improvement. It takes awhile to get responses and there isn’t always a solution or explanation for problems.
