The nurture streams you can create in Marketo is the exact reason why I favor Marketo over other marketing automation systems. Marketo makes it easy for you to create engagement programs to set up drip campaigns to deliver the right content to the right audience. This feature helps my team create and deliver great content to new prospects, customers, and partners.
Great for executing email campaigns, nurture campaigns, and robust marketing.

Problems with support, and the UI is slow and outdated, but it is one of the best marketing automation tools out there.
  • Trigger campaigns are not reliable so it can cause slower lead conversion
  • Tokens increase employee efficiency, but there are many limitations
  • Not enough documentation for new products

Using Marketo

Though it's easy to get set up, the UI and usability for creating customized emails and landing pages is a pain.
