Overall Satisfaction with Marketo

Marketo helps us creating email campaign which is one of the most important element in engaging with customers. One biggest challenge is integrating with the CRM because we did a lot of customization on the CRM.
  • Good, program report that helps on decision making
  • A/B testing on emails
  • Integrated with social media platforms
  • Speed on calculating number of leads before email deployment
  • Improve marketing community so it is easier to find answer on how to use the systems
  • Cost too high, especially the 4% increase every year

We left Eloqua when they launched Eloqua 10 because it has a problem on performance.

Depending on the budget and how many users are going to use it, sometimes it is hard to recommend it to someone if the decision maker thinks Marketo can magically create good campaigns. It still reply on the how much “marketing intelligence” the company has to make a good use of the tool.

It answers some of my questions but 50% of the time i don;t find the answer or the answers were old and I have problem applying those answers
It sues better for our company, however we have problem with the CRM so there is a problem with the integration with MS Dynamics
