Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Marketo Engage

Currently, our marketing team uses Marketo primarily for email automation, landing page development, and forms for various events. We leverage Marketo as the source for our lead forms, so there is an easy flow to transition those captured form responses into qualified leads through integrated marketing communications.

Across all tactics that we leverage Marketo as our communication tool, the goal is to provide qualified leads to our sales team across all territories. This is a mix of new business, renewals, referrals, etc.
Marketo is the industry-leader and we have not considered using an alternative in many years since adopting it.

Marketo is a useful took for B2B companies that need the ability to scale customized marketing automation and lead management. It may be ill suited for smaller companies without the resources to devote to develop or bring in an expert, as it is not easy to pickup on all of the intricacies of the product.
