Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Marketo Engage

Marketo is being used in our entire Marketing department. It addresses the need to automate sales and marketing tasks on a daily basis. Emails blasts for every event, webinar, and sales promotions are being done through marketo. Our database in Marketo holds majority of the company's bookings for MQL generations.
  • Email campaigns are easily done because of the templates
  • Scheduled campaigns are very efficient for big enterprises
  • Landing page creation with forms integrated inside helps with the engagement of users
  • When customizing emails, it takes time to load for each command that is being promt
  • Buggy pages. I always need to refresh the page

The goal is to increase traffic in our website as well as to drive sales from potential leads in order to increase revenue.
I think marketo is really user friendly. It is easy to navigate around the software and learn whichever function I need to use for my tasks.

Marketo is really convenient to use and it is very efficient when it comes to automating manual tasks such as email blasts. The only downside is loading of pages takes time and is not always fast.
