Overall Satisfaction with Marketo

We are utilizing Marketing Automation as a means of marketing to our leads to help drive them through the sales funnel. We hope that through the robust nurturing options that we can nurture them at each touchpoint leaving no lead left behind and keeping the conversation going. We are also using it to promote events and send emails.

We are hoping to drive users to increase ROI through upsell/cross-sell
Marketo is the best tool in my opinion for larger to enterprise businesses. It not only helps you manage your leads, but it allows you to follow them through the lead lifecycle/funnel and report on what is driving the most ROI in terms of your marketing efforts. The reporting does have a ways to go, but it is definitely getting to a place where everything can be done within one tool which is the dream of all Marketers!
I think it is key for larger enterprise companies and SMB alike. The most important thing to do is to complete the setup in the correct way the first time. If an organization has the resources or can find the resources (hire them) to set aside and dedicate solely to marketing automation I feel that it is a smart investment for them.

They helped me to get to the bottom of why a campaign was not triggering when leads were qualifying for it. It turned out to be a bug - they helped walk me through this and get it resolved.
