Overall Satisfaction with Mattermost
We used Mattermost for our between-the-teams communication in the company. A very useful tool, intuitive, and easy to get used to. Had all the features you may need. Another option was Diego, but when I joined, they had been worst using Mattermost for a while and I did like it a lot. Very nice interface and all the features for a proficient commun9 and interaction with people.

- Perfect notifications
- Has all the features you may need to talk to anyone
- Web interface
- Not sure I have complaints about it.
- I don't remember when something didn't work.
- Nothing to say except for the fact that it was a great tool for our secure communication between the teams.
Having Okta authentication worked great for us.
It was selected before i got to the company.
