Overall Satisfaction with Meeting Play

Meeting Play is being used for 3 of our regional sales kick-off events with customized gamification with onsite event support and badging included. Other major event platforms do not provide the same level of gamification customization as Meeting Play. Most are very basic. Meeting Play significantly drives increased attendee engagement through pre- and on-site gamification based on where an attendee is at any given moment of the agenda track schedule. We have different questions pushed to specific attendees within multiple tracks at the same time, with time-bound parameters. This cycle continues throughout the conference. We're in our 3rd year with Meeting Play.
  • Customizable Programming to meet our needs
  • Onsite support
  • Live chat from the admin dashboard, 24/7
  • Development checklist/process outline and milestones
  • Major increase in attendee engagement.
  • Increase in survey responses.
Meeting Play is well beyond SurveyMonkey if you use customizable programming mode.
Great account management. Trust. In our 3rd year now, working with the same account manager helps us not re-invent the wheel each year. Other regional sales kick-offs were told of this gamification and they've since adopted Meeting Play.

Well suited for customization of gamification. It gets beyond basic off-the-shelf gamification most app providers have. The admin dashboard is easy to use. We would like to be able to copy the framework of the site over at a reduced cost, and not pay as much for the 2nd and 3rd instance. Pricing for volume had to be negotiated and isn't standard operating procedure.
