Google alerts seems to miss a lot, while Mention does a much better job of getting you all of the info.

I can't imagine a scenario in which you wouldn't want to use Mention. You can use it to monitor your own brand, and your sales team can monitor it for conversations about your company, then hop in and do some social selling. Overall it's a really helpful tool at a low price.
