We made the decision several years ago to move to the cloud. Moving to the cloud simplified our infrastructure support requirements by doing away with the need to maintain physical servers/equipment. Microsoft 365 is central to our migration. Since moving to the cloud we no longer have to worry about maintaining updates, configuration of the infrastructure. This has freed up several recourses that can be re-focused on other tasks.

- Bundled Windows licenses
- Included security
- Integration options .
- The ability's to increase and decrease licenses at will and not being locked into excess license's.
- The elimination of capex expenses in IT
- Less IT staff required.
Device compatibility and enterprise level voice isn't as readily available with Google Voice.
