Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365 Business Premium

Microsoft 365 Business Premium is being used by all the departments and branches all over the world. This software and all the included tools simplify our global operations and allow the different departments to work in a standardized way on basic tasks, like email, document format, meetings, etc. And, in the Covid-19 context, Microsoft Teams helped the teams to work together, even when we lived in different countries. MS Teams help to work with all teams.
  • Apps works on almost any device
  • Very strong integrations between included apps and with third party apps
  • Constant improvements on Applications
  • Collaboration tools actually are useful
  • Web applications could have more tools
  • Mobile Outlook & Teams apps synchronization should be better
  • Mac Applications are usually behind PC counterparts on feature for a time
  • Productivity improved (in the area that I work)
  • Simplified IT Support because all branches use the same software
  • Work from home is a safe possibility with this software
  • Google Workspace (formerly G Suite)
I've been trying G Suite in the past. Google Suite is very good, and it's a worthy competitor of Microsoft 365 Business Premium. But what I find most inconvenient is the lack of desktop applications. Yes, it works in its current form, but for some tasks, Excel is way beyond the Google Spreadsheets web application. If you work on the web exclusively, G Suite is good, but what Microsoft offers is more versatile.

Do you think Microsoft 365 Business Premium delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Microsoft 365 Business Premium's feature set?

Yes

Did Microsoft 365 Business Premium live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Microsoft 365 Business Premium go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Microsoft 365 Business Premium again?

Yes

The tools available on the package covers several uses. In our company, the use of the Office apps, combined with Outlook / Exchange, SharePoint and MS Teams, helps us to work together, and share files with all the security that our company requires. And it also allows us to work from different devices without problems.

The biggest drawback could be the cost per user, which is a bit more expensive than the competition. And on the cheaper option, it doesn't include the MS Office applications. But, for its price, it's my opinion that they offer the most solid offer.

Microsoft 365 Business Premium Support

It simply works. The team at Microsoft is improving the suite release after release. Personally, I've installed the apps on several devices (More than 10, using Windows, Mac, Android & iOS) and the ease of use was the common denominator. I only ran into a problem one time with a very early version of Microsoft Teams, but the IT team quickly got support from Microsoft and I got the app running again with a very short delay,

Using Microsoft 365 Business Premium

Using standard software across the entire organization solves small problems that to solve, consume a lot of time, especially time spent helping users to work with new software,

Not only does Office and all the apps have a friendly user interface, but the learning curve for all the applications is very low, so users can get productive with almost no delay. In our organization, the migration to MS Teams took very little time, and now it's part of our daily work.
