Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365 Business Premium
Microsoft 365 Business Premium is being used across my entire organization. The combination of Teams, OneDrive, and the traditional Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) is a powerful tool that makes collaboration simple. This is has been invaluable in the virtual environment where most teams are located in disparate locations and utilize Teams to work together.
- Collaboration--easy use between teammates
- File management--no more shared drives
- Many internal Integrations--lots of services
- Quarterly updates--or upon release depending your security preferences
- Teams--could benefit from many functions of Slack
- Routine updates may require more frequent training
- External integrations are lacking
- Collaboration via teams
- Live editing with multiple users at once
- Ongoing updates
- Increased collaboration among teams
- Zoom and Slack
There really are few viable alternatives to Microsoft 365 Business Premium. Organizations can either use Google, Microsoft 365, or an amalgamation of Slack, Zoom, and Google/\Microsoft. For organizations that already use Microsoft, it's convenient to upgrade rather than introduce new software to employees and another program for IT and security to manage.
