Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365 Business Premium

We use Microsoft 365 Business Premium across the entire organization. Using this software allows us to collaborate on documents, easily share documents in a secure manner, and store documents in the cloud. This program easily integrates with Microsoft desktop applications, and allows changes to be saved in the cloud as well.

  • Poor internet connection may reduce ability to fully use this product
  • Clearer way of communicating with others that you have a shared a document/project with them
  • Perhaps not fully compatible with older versions of Microsoft desktop applications

  • Positive: increased ability to collaborate on projects remotely
  • Positive: increased ability to securely share documents without sending lots of emails back and forth

  • Google Drive and Dropbox Business
The only application that is close to Microsoft 365 Business Premium is Google Drive. The advantage of Microsoft 365 Business Premium over Google Drive is that it integrates more seamlessly with Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, etc. Dropbox Business cannot compare to Microsoft 365 Business Premium because it lacks smooth integration with other Microsoft desktop applications.

Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Google Drive, Qualtrics CoreXM
Microsoft 365 Business Premium would be ideal for companies that would like the ability to collaborate on or share projects via the cloud but do not want to use Google. This product also works well with Microsoft desktop applications. It would be less ideal for those who do not have good or consistent internet access, as this will limit ability to get full use out of it.
