Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365 Business Premium

It is used by our all members of or business. We find it beneficial as it provides a robust set of tools (Word, Excel, PP, etc) on a subscription basis. We like the fact that the subscription provides us continuous updates and we don't have to purchase new downloads every year or so.
  • Integration of work tools
  • Subscription basis
  • Regular updates.
  • Too tight integration with Outlook
  • Less changes to Word function navigation
  • Less confusion when making changes to fonts and formatting in Power Point
  • Robust and integrated programs
  • Ease of integration to Drop Box
  • Regular program updates.
  • Smoothing out costs on with a monthly subscription
  • Good team collaboration and improved work efficiency when used with Dropbox
  • Negative - One Drive integration default
We liked Google Drive G Suite with its smooth integration with G Mail. We never were set up with the MS mail program and did not wnat to make that change. We went with Microsoft 365 because the programs offered (Word, Excel, PP) are much more intuitive and robust. The Google Drive programs seem more quirky. Additionally document management is far more intuitive than with G Suite.

Would you buy Microsoft 365 Business Premium again?

Yes

Microsoft 365 does a great job in delivering MS Office programs to all members of the team. We use Dropbox for document management and it ingrates nicely with that. We had tried using Google Drive and found that its document management is not nearly as intuitive as Microsoft. The only issue is when that autosave requires me to log into One Drive which we do not use.
