Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365 Business Premium

It is being used across the organization.
  • Integration of several services/apps.
  • Rich web and desktop experience.
  • Continuous development.
  • Outlook's visual rendering sometimes messes. The treeview does not draw.
  • Outlook's reminders need to be enhanced. More options for the reminder UI, to make sure I don't miss an appointment.
  • Teams is a hog!! Please make it less resource-hungry. When we conduct a meeting, the computer slows down. It's an i5 9th gen but the CPU is working hard.
  • Stability
  • Consistency of UI over development cycles
  • Responsiveness (fast UI)
  • Business Premium is not cheap but we had to upgrade to it for Intune device management across the organization.
We looked at alternatives to SharePoint for an intranet. One of SharePoint's weakest points is that several sites create silos that cannot be navigated as a whole. Yes, there is a search but it needs improvement. There is no way to see what sites a person is already a member of. We evaluated Unily and a couple of others. A company that develops just an intranet does the job better. However, SharePoint comes with M365 BP already.

Do you think Microsoft 365 Business Premium delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Microsoft 365 Business Premium's feature set?

Yes

Did Microsoft 365 Business Premium live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Microsoft 365 Business Premium go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Microsoft 365 Business Premium again?

Yes

M365 BP is well suited to a company of our size. We need a managed solution for the whole organization and a single price point for a big grab bag of applications. Not everyone uses them all, but company-wide, we use a lot of them.
