Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)

Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) is being used in our company for different projects--from Microsoft Office to PowerPoint for presentations. We really enjoy the added features, especially the Teams app, which lets us direct message an individual or a group. The calendar feature is very helpful. Cortana will be your best friend! It is a tool that sends you reminders if there is something that is detected that you may have missed.

We have used Google Docs before and it does not have the same features as Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365). I know there are die-hard fans that will always prefer Google over Microsoft, but 8 out of 10 times, I will prefer a Microsoft product vs. Google and I ultimately love the Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive experience. We can access our data from anywhere and this makes things super easy for us.

Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) gives us a lot of advantages in our daily business life; it contributes a lot in terms of both time and efficiency. The advantages it provides you against the annual cost are many. It can be preferred even for only OneDrive's 1 TB of storage space. My colleagues love it! It's another game changer for us (most of us work from home). The way everything fits together is awesome and having Teams at the center of it all is brilliant. Who needs an office?
