Microsoft Office 365 (Cloud)

Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)

Microsoft 365 is useful across our entire organization. The cloud connectivity and interpersonal communication is invaluable. Coupled with our other practice management software, Microsoft 365 is one of the backbones of our office. We also appreciate that it's HIPAA compliant, provides calendar functions, note taking, spreadsheet functions, etc. It has everything required to run a business.
  • cloud storage
  • interoffice communication
  • sharepoint
  • file sharing
  • word document
  • excel/budgeting spreadsheets
  • syncing
  • user interface navigation - harder for my nonproficient staff to use
  • Interoffice communication
  • HIPAA compliance
  • Cloud storage
  • File sharing
  • better communication with other businesses and customers
  • HIPAA compliance
  • patient tracking
  • ROI through lower cost vs competitor (G-suite)
Microsoft 365 is the de facto office suite for professionals. It's main competitor is Google's Gsuite. In comparison, M365 offers a more robust offline solution with its iconic suite of office programs with superior integration with the Windows OS. When I first started using M365, its cloud implementation lagged behind Google, but Microsoft has invested a lot of effort to bring M365 into the modern era.

Do you think Microsoft 365 delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Microsoft 365's feature set?

Yes

Did Microsoft 365 live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Microsoft 365 go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Microsoft 365 again?

Yes

It's great for any business that depends on communication between staff. Even in smaller businesses, it's very useful for accounting, writing letters, storing useful files, HIPAA compliance, and writing emails. The user interface can take a little while to get used to and there is room for improvement there. Highly recommended over Gsuite.
