Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)

Microsoft Office 365 is central to everything we do at our organization. We leverage it for email, word processing, presentations, chat, calls, file sharing, data processing… without it I don’t know how we would function. It is pivotal to us creating and sharing information both in and out of the organization.

Microsoft Office 365 is definitely the industry leader when it comes to having a suite of basic tools to create, collaborate and share within and outside of your organization. It’s also very valuable since so many other companies use it as the skills for employees are transferred upon hiring and makes the workforce more efficient.

Any organization from small to large can benefit from leveraging the Microsoft Office 365 suite of tools. I particularly like it for cloud file storage (SharePoint and one drive) as it makes it simple to access files both on your computer or mobile device seamlessly and co-author easily. Collaboration is a big part of working with these products and they do that well.
