Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft BI (MSBI)

We use Microsoft Power BI for the data management of our projects. Some of our projects include collecting data of users who signup for webinars and Power BI is then used to analyze that data and provide us with a graphical representation of it. This is very convenient to embed in presentations, etc.
  • Easy display of data.
  • Compatible with most Microsoft products.
  • Cloud connectivity.
  • Can be more user friendly.
  • Proper training required to use.
  • Presenting data to clients is much easier and that has helped with our reportings to the clients.
BI is a little more user-friendly along with tighter integration with Microsoft apps.

Yes

Would you buy Microsoft BI (MSBI) again?

Yes

Overall, Microsoft BI is a breeze to use, thanks to its ability to bring data from multiple sources which allows for data accumulation and information in one place.
I have never had to use the support, so I can't comment on that but based on the usage of other Microsoft products I expect it to be top-notch
Microsoft BI is suited for small data mining dashboards, data analysis, etc. However, when big data is involved, usually spanning in TBs, Microsoft BI is less suitable for that.
