The data capacity is better than any other tools. The security and anti spam features are priority for our organisation, so that was a win win situation. The brand value of the tool speaks for itself. Integrating the software with system and making it more reliable opened new doors for employees to cross the boundaries of office without thinking about the security of data.

The synchronization of the mails and other information like Calendar, meeting etc. among all the devices is noteworthy.The basic deployment seem to be a little straining at first as it needed to be done by the employees and not by IT team. But when we started it was fairly easy for us. But automatic deployment would have been better for us. The kind of files for archiving was case sensitive and so that needed to be taken care of. The interface is over user friendly. Overall satisfied!
