Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Office 2016

Microsoft Office 2016 is used by all the users with the company. The majority of users have been using this for a long period of time and have found Office 2016 a great tool and a great way of working with office tools. Office allows users to use Powerpoint, Excel and a wide range of Microsoft applications.

  • The products provided work well together.
  • Installation can be annoying sometimes.
  • Some applications take an extremely long time to update.
  • Skype for business shouldn't be used anymore.
  • A wide range of applications in use by a wide range of users.
  • Products have allowed us to communicate and edit documents to send to customers.
  • Microsoft office has allowed us to stay updated with newer applications.
The support from Microsoft has been amazing and we have been able to work with Microsoft to be able to solve a range of different issues that have risen. We have solved many issues with help from Microsoft and they have been able to help us on a range of different occasions.

Microsoft Office 2016 has always allowed us to use Microsoft applications, and it can be used by everyone within the organization. It has provided us with all of the Microsoft applications and all users on Apple or Windows have been able to use it without any issues. The implementation of Microsoft Teams has allowed us to be able to use and incorporate a wider range of Microsoft products.
